Transformation

3 weeks into my job. The people here are almost friendly, if not a little strange =P. Senior officers they are, but do they really have the bearings of one? Perhaps its because they are on the verge of retirement, hence they do not care much, but nevertheless, what's their impression on junior officers?

LTC Allan Tang told us to make full use of this attachment. THE difference between the students who have their attachment back in their unit and those who served out their attachments at places like MINDEF and SCSC are obvious when they return from studies. While being in unit you are more familiar with the people around you, and the things that you are expected to perform, but by being in a surrounding where you are exposed to senior commanders, you will grow to speak and express yourself with ease in front of them.
