Dear Sir, as an overseas scholar, AMD hopes that you could represent the department and contribute articles to the Pointer magazine, and hopefully impart some of the experiences you absorbed overseas to other readers. Thank you

Lets get things right. Firstly, has anyone considered my pathetic command of my Ang Mo language, and secondly, most of the officers who read Pointer are overseas scholars, so what is there for me to impart to them?
